MITTONMedia is currently expanding Lutech Resources recruitment advertising and marketing efforts into new global markets, including Canada and Australia. Using our advanced research tools, MITTONMedia determined key travel routes of the experienced Oil, Gas and Construction professionals that Lutech is looking to recruit. As a result MITTONMedia developed a comprehensive Airport Signage media campaign designed to reach these international travelers and alert them to the many advantages that Lutech offers.
Additionally, MITTONMedia secured for Lutech, the prime “front page” position for the Special Engineering Sections of the Houston Chronicle on an annual basis, ensuring that Lutech is branded as an “Employer of First Choice”. This newspaper campaign was blended with ongoing specialized job fair participation to insure a steady flow of new qualified candidates to Lutech.
MITTONMedia used our experience and expertise to create visually compelling ads that incorporated a strong branding message, identifying Lutech and not only an “Employer of Choice” but an Industry Leader.
